Refund Policy

Cancellation and refunds information: classroom training KsquareInfo reserves the right to cancel or postpone any training class in case of any unforeseen situations.

In case Ksquareinfo cancels the class or event the candidate will be refunded 100% of the amount paid

• If the cancellation is done by the candidate prior to 7 days or more of the initiation of the class, 10% of the total amount paid will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.
• If the cancellation by the candidate is done in less than 7 days of the event , the amount will not be refunded

Cancellation and refunds information: Online classroom training

• All the refunds will be processed within 10 days of refund request by the candidate
• Refund request will not be entertained if the student has attended more than 2 days of training session or obtained material from the portal
• Discounted courses will not be refunded
• Refund request should be raised within 7 days of the initiation of the session, any request beyond that will not be accepted
• Taxes amount will not be refunded

Cancellation and refunds: Self Paced Learning

• For self Paced learning, request within 7 days of purchase of the course will be refunded
• Refund will not be provided in case the course is shared with other individuals.
